Couture Returns
Each Dara Senders couture piece is made-to-order exclusively for you. As such, all sales are final and refunds are not available.
In the rare case your item arrives with a visible manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide a store credit toward a replacement order once the item has been reviewed and approved by our atelier.
To request review, please email Info@darasenders.com with clear photos of the issue within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in pristine condition. Any items showing wear, damage, or odor will not be accepted.
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and thank you for choosing a bespoke, beautifully made couture piece.
We are more than happy to exchange your Couture order for a different size.
We are pleased to offer size exchanges for couture items to ensure your piece fits perfectly.
To be eligible, items must be returned within 14 days, in unworn, unwashed, pristine condition with all original tags attached. Items showing wear, damage, or odor cannot be accepted. Once we receive and approve the original piece, your replacement will be created and shipped to the address on file, subject to availability. Any price difference will be adjusted to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility. Please allow time for your bank to process any adjustments.
